Life Lately is a Denver punk band born out of one rough year and a need to turn something heavy into something loud. After a personal low point, Ira began writing songs as a form of survival and clarity. What started as therapy became a band, and he brought in three of his oldest friends, seasoned players from across Denver’s punk and alternative scenes:

Their sound blends melodic punk grit, emotional weight, and washed-out nostalgia—the feeling of old photos, late-night drives, and surviving the bad seasons.
